Making mistakes with clients is NEVER easy, and it’s not something we aim to do… but we’re human & that means mistakes WILL happen. Rather than AVOIDING them, I’m sharing the real behind-the-scenes of the mistake (a total failure!) and how I dealt with it (& salvaged the client relationship!).
